You know how it is:  the things you want are either fattening, immoral or plain just not good for you…

Well, here is something to dispel this myth:

Chop and mix

·        1.5 cups raisins,

·        1 cup walnuts,

·        0.5 cup almonds,

Add

·        2 lemons – rinds, and juice

·        0.5 cup of honey

Store in a dark place and allow 1-2 days to set.

Strengthen your children’s health.  Give them 1-2 teaspoons-full three times a day an hour before a meal.

I think adults will enjoy this as well; I know I do.  Am I wrong? heartbeat
